JD Global Strategies LLC (“JDGS”) and its brands (“GrindMatch”, “MOCA Defense”, “The Global Intent” and together with JDGS, the “Company,” “we” or “us”) are committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for the visitors to its websites and others.  Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when visiting the Sites (as defined below) or using our Services.

By accessing the Sites, our mobile application, or our Services, you accept our Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you use or register with the www.JadaDavis.com, www.GrindMatch.com, www.TheGlobalIntent.com, or www.MOCADefense.com websites (collectively, the “Sites”), we may collect certain information (“Personal Information”) that identifies you personally or relates to an identified person as well as non-personal information (“Non-Personal Information”) that cannot be used to personally identify you. 

Personal Information and Non-Personal Information we may collect from your browser or directly from you when you visit the Sites or use the services provided on or through the Sites (“Services”) include:

  • Your browsing activity on the Sites, your IP address, cookies, installed plug-ins, javascript objects, and geolocation data, information provided by our software application when you view the Sites or use the Services, such as the website you came from, if any (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you;

  • Identifiers, such as your name and contact information (email, address (mailing and home) and phone number), and any login ID or email address and password created by you.

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you opt in and consent to receive text messages from us, which includes but is not limited to text messages sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of working with us. If you do not wish to receive marketing text messages, do not provide us with your mobile phone number.

  1. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Personal Information to register you with the Sites, to provide you with information regarding employment opportunities and career-related information, to develop and carry out marketing activities, and to otherwise provide you with requested information or Services. We may from time to time use your Personal Information to send you automated email messages, text messages (message and data rates may apply), or marketing materials regarding our services, including employment information. We may also use Personal Information for our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, protecting the Sites from abuse, and improving our services.

We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As stated above, the Personal Information you provide to us is used primarily to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about employment opportunities and career-related information.  We may also share Personal Information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

  1. NO SALES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent.

  • by using pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used to, among other things, track the actions of Site users and email recipients, market our services to you, measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about Site usage and response rates;

What Are Cookies?

These cookies are necessary for the Sites to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. Performance Cookies

These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our Sites. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Site and the Service. To the extent that you access or use the Services through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that site or application. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of other websites before proceeding to use them.

We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.   1. USE OF SITES BY MINORS

The Sites are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18) and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 18. The Sites are controlled and operated by us from the United States and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States.

  1. ACCESS OR DELETION REQUESTS FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident, you have the right, subject to certain exceptions defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and other applicable laws and regulations, to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past twelve (12) months. If you authorize an agent to make an access or deletion request on your behalf, please have the authorized agent call the (214) 814-1096 because the Company will need to verify the authorization before processing the request. The authorized agent will need to submit documentation evidencing your authorization of this agent to make the request and the authorized agent will need to verify their identity with the Company.

Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately.
