We reserve the right, without penalty, to modify a tour itinerary if necessary for safety, comfort, or logistical reasons.

a. Cancellation by Participant
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

After 60 days from booking: All payments made are non-refundable. No additional payments will be required.

-
Minimum enrollment not met

Safety, health, or operational concerns
-
Force majeure or travel restrictions
In such cases, all funds paid will be refunded or applied to a future tour (less any non-refundable deposits and third-party fees). We are not liable for personal travel costs (e.g., airfare or hotel bookings) outside the tour package.
c. Other Circumstances
No refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the tour. “No-shows” are considered canceled without notice.
3. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In a medical emergency, if you are unable to make decisions for yourself, you authorize The Global Intent or its vendors to provide or arrange emergency care on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have medical insurance to cover such events and agree to pay for any costs not covered by insurance.

By reserving a tour, you voluntarily assume these risks and release The Global Intent and its affiliated entities from liability for any harm or loss experienced.
