STEP 1:
Click BOOK NOW and complete the form, selecting single or double occupancy.
STEP 2:
Choose your payment preference: pay in full or pay in installments.
If you’d like to pay in installments, submit your non-refundable deposit (typically $250–$750, depending on the trip) and select “pay in installments” on the booking form. The deposit will be applied to your total trip cost.

After your deposit, an automatic monthly payment plan will be created

Payments are due on the 15th of each month

The final payment is due no later than 65 days before departure
If you're booking within 90 days of the trip, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
STEP 3:
Once your booking is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll follow up with helpful reminders and important pre-departure details.
STEP 4:

As the trip approaches, you'll receive full access to your itinerary, accommodation details, visa reminders and an invite to connect with your fellow travelers and trip leader.
